1. Controller

Name: Hossein Zamaninasab

Postal Address: Oederstraße 22, 26121 Oldenburg, Germany

E-mail: zamaninasab.hossein@gmail.com

Formal details about the operator are provided in the Legal Notice (Impressum). Terms governing use of this website are available under Terms of Use.

2. What Data We Process

  • Server logs: IP address, date/time, request URL, referrer, user agent, HTTP status, and bytes sent. Used for security, abuse prevention, and error diagnostics.
  • Authentication (login): username/e-mail and password (stored hashed) to provide an authenticated area and protect accounts.
  • Session cookie: a technically necessary session cookie (e.g., “PHPSESSID”) to keep you logged in and enable secure navigation.
  • Consent preferences: your privacy choices for optional services (e.g., Google Sign-In, Google Maps) are stored locally in your browser storage until you delete them or we reset them when this policy changes. No profiling is performed.
  • Third-party services (loaded only after your consent or explicit action):
    • Google Sign-In (Google Identity Services): when activated, Google receives device and account-related data needed for authentication.
    • Google Maps (embed): when activated, your IP and request data are transmitted to Google; Google may set its own cookies or similar identifiers.
  • Fonts: site fonts are self-hosted (no calls to Google Fonts).
  • CDNs and asset delivery: if assets are fetched from reputable CDNs (e.g., Bootstrap, Font Awesome), the CDN operator receives your IP and request data. These scripts are not used for tracking by us. We may replace CDN usage with self-hosted files.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases (Art. 6 GDPR)

  • Secure provision and logs: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Login / authenticated area: performance of a contract or steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b)) and/or our legitimate interests in access control and security (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Session cookie: strictly necessary to provide the service you request; no consent required under applicable ePrivacy/TDDDG rules for necessary cookies.
  • Optional third-party services (Google Sign-In, Google Maps): loaded only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

  • We use a technically necessary session cookie for login and secure navigation. It contains a random session identifier and expires on logout or when you close the browser.
  • We do not use analytics, advertising, or profiling cookies.
  • Your consent choices (e.g., for Google Sign-In or Google Maps) are saved in your browser’s local storage so the site remembers your decision. You can delete these at any time via your browser settings or by resetting your choices in the site’s consent dialog (“Privacy Choices”).

5. Recipients, Providers, and Transfers

  • Hosting provider (processor): infrastructure and storage are provided under a data-processing agreement; processing occurs in the EU/EEA where possible.
  • Google services: when you activate Google Sign-In or Google Maps, data are transmitted to Google Ireland Limited and, where applicable, to Google LLC in the USA under the provider’s transfer mechanisms (e.g., SCCs). Provider policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  • CDNs: fetching static assets from CDNs discloses your IP and request metadata to the respective CDN operator.
  • We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

  • Server logs: retained for up to 30 days and then deleted, unless longer retention is required to investigate security incidents.
  • Account data: stored for the life of the account; deleted upon deactivation, subject to legal retention duties.
  • Session data: until logout or browser close.
  • Consent preferences: until you delete them in your browser or until we reset them when this policy changes.

7. Your Rights

  • Right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), and to object (Art. 21 GDPR).
  • Right to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
  • Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Supervisory authority (Lower Saxony): Die Landesbeauftragte/der Landesbeauftragte für den Datenschutz Niedersachsen, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover — www.lfd.niedersachsen.depoststelle@lfd.niedersachsen.de.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures (including TLS) to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. How to Manage Your Choices

  • You can change your decisions for optional services at any time via the site’s consent dialog (“Privacy Choices”), if available on the page.
  • You can also delete the site’s cookies and local storage entries in your browser settings to reset all previous choices.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy; the current version is always available on this page.
